Czar is a completely natural wine, without any addition of alcohol, sugar, or yeasts, its composition varies depending on the maturity of the grapes and the climate conditions over the vineyards. And not every year reaches the necessary standards to produce Czar.

Czar naturally reaches an alcohol content of 18% or more, which is unique in the world and leaves most oenologist in awe. This virtue is due to its peculiar and unique characteristics of the grapes, that grow on volcanic soil, and the removal of the vine’s leaves days prior to harvest, assuring the ripening process.
